This is my(Wayne's) parents, Frank and Esther Bird, they have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area all their lives, except for dad who was born in Missoula Montana. His parents moved to California when he was just a baby. Dad has a younger sister, Evelyn Lizarraga who also lives in the Bay Area with her Husband.
Mom has one sister that is living, Gean Klug. Her oldest sister Barbara Bruce. passed away last year (2002). Her only brother David Walker died in November of 1976 from Leukemia.
Mom and dad enjoy going out on Saturdays to paint picturesque/scenic locations of the San Francisco Bay Area.
They have been married now for 50 years. I enjoyed attending their 50th Anniversary, which was celabrated on Mar. 23, 2002. A week later, I flew back to CA. to enjoy a week with my parents, brother Larry, sister Pat, and nephew Shawn.
Dad did celebrate his 80th birthday May 7, 2002.
